Sabah basketball club's head coach Lazar Spasic has evaluated the draw results for the group stage of the FIBA Champions League.

According to Offsideplus.az, the Serbian specialist noted that the opponents are quite strong:

"I can't say I'm satisfied with the draw results; this time we were unlucky. Trabzonspor is one of the strongest and most surprising teams in the tournament with a large budget. Nanterre 92 is a serious opponent that finished in the top three of the French championship. Rytas, on the other hand, is the champion of last season.

Despite all this, we have no intention of giving up. Yes, we may be considered the underdogs on paper, but we will fight until the end, giving our best in every game. I hope we can achieve good results."

It is worth noting that the group stage matches of the Champions League will start on October 6.
