Diego Rosa, a 23-year-old Brazilian midfielder from Cyprus' APOEL, is attracting interest from two clubs in the Misli Premier League.

According to Offsideplus.az, both Qarabag and Neftchi are keen to secure his transfer.

Neftchi intends to take the player on a one-year loan and cover his full salary.

Qarabag has entered the transfer race by offering the Cypriot club a loan fee of €150,000. According to the proposal, if Rosa plays in 50% of the matches, the Agdam club will commit to paying €850,000 to acquire his transfer rights.

APOEL has yet to respond positively to any offers.

It is worth noting that the player's contract with the Cypriot club runs until the summer of 2028, and 50% of any future transfer fee will go to his former team, Bahia.
