The world's most prestigious combat sports organization, UFC, is returning to Azerbaijan.

Offsideplus.az reports that UFC President Dana White announced this in an official video message.

White highlighted the beauty of Baku and called on all sports fans to witness this spectacular event live:

"We are back in Azerbaijan! Baku is so beautiful that it is absolutely worth seeing. If you have never been here, buy your ticket right now."

The program for the fight night, which will take place at the National Gymnastics Arena, is highly exciting: In the main event of the evening, Rafael Fiziev and Manuel Torres will go head-to-head.

Fiziev has earned a fight bonus in 7 of his last 10 bouts. His opponent, Manuel Torres, is known for his knockouts, having secured 15 of his 17 victories in the very first round.

In another highly anticipated matchup of the night, two of UFC's most unconventional strikers with unique striking techniques—Sharabutdin Magomedov (Shara Bullet) and Michel Pereira—will face each other.

The UFC excitement will be experienced live in Baku on June 27.
