After defeating Iceland's Vestri 3-0 away in the first qualifying round of the Europa League, Qarabag's head coach Qurban Qurbanov shared his thoughts on the match.

According to Offsideplus.az, the experienced specialist praised his team's performance and spoke about the next opponent:

"We displayed a very good game. Despite the long and challenging journey, it was very important for us to return victorious from this away match. Scoring six goals against the opponent over two matches while keeping our own goal intact is a great result. I sincerely congratulate all my players on this achievement. Now we have tough games ahead against CSKA in the next round. Starting tomorrow, we will begin analysing the Bulgarian representative. We have enough time to prepare in the best way possible for the opponent. I believe that by the next match, our team will be able to reach a more optimal form.

I would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate our other clubs, Sabah and Zira, who have also qualified for the next stage of the European competitions. The fact that all Azerbaijani representatives have won in their six matches is an excellent indicator for the increase of our coefficient in the country ranking."
