"Qarabag" has strengthened its squad with a new player.

According to Offsideplus.az, the Azerbaijani champions have signed Diego Rosa from the Cypriot club APOEL. The 23-year-old Brazilian midfielder has joined on a one-year loan deal.

Under the terms of the agreement, "Qarabag" has the right to make the full transfer of the South American player at the end of the season.

It is worth noting that the midfielder, who moved from "Gremio" to "Manchester City" in 2021, has played for "Lommel" (Belgium), "Vizela" (Portugal), "Bahia", and "Inter" (both in Brazil) during his career. He has also represented Brazil's U-16 and U-17 national teams.
