Danish side AGF Aahrus, set to face Sabah in the third qualifying round of the Champions League, has taken an important step.

According to Offsideplus.az, the reigning champions have requested the Danish Football Federation to postpone their domestic match against Norsjælland in order to better prepare for the decisive second leg against Sabah. Both the federation and the opposing side have agreed to this request, allowing the match to be rescheduled.

It is worth noting that Aarhus has had a poor start to the domestic season, managing to collect only 2 points from their first two matches.

In the first leg between the teams, Sabah suffered a 1-2 defeat away from home. The second leg is set to kick off tomorrow, August 11, at 20:00.
