"Ganja" basketball club has strengthened its squad with a local player.

Offsideplus.az reports that the regional representative has signed a contract with Tariyel Yusifzade.

The agreement will last until the end of the 2026/27 season, and the basketball player will wear the number 16 jersey for the team.

It is worth noting that Yusifzade, familiar to "Ganja" fans, also represented the "yellow-blues" during the 2023-2024 season.

Last season, Yusifzade played for "Ordu" and has also worn the jerseys of Azerbaijan's U-18 and U-20 national teams.
