The women’s football team Neftchi will play in the final match of the first qualifying round of the UEFA Champions League today.

According to Offsideplus.az, the team, managed by head coach Siyaset Asgarov, will face Greece's PAOK in a decisive encounter of Group 1.

Having eliminated Montenegro's Buducnost in the semi-finals, the 'white-blacks' will compete against their Greek counterparts in the city of Veria.

The match is set to kick off at 19:30 Baku time.

The winner of this fixture will secure a place in the second qualifying round.
