The opponents of Qarabag, Neftchi, and Zira, representing Azerbaijan in European competitions, have been confirmed for the next stage.

According to Offsideplus.az, the rivals for our teams in the Europa League and Conference League were determined after the second leg matches of the first qualifying round.

Qarabag to Face Bulgarian Opposition

Having defeated Iceland's Vestri club with the same scoreline (3-0, 3-0) in both legs of the Europa League's first qualifying round, Qarabag will face Bulgaria's CSKA in the second round. The Sofia-based team eliminated Ireland's Derry City based on the aggregate score of (3-2, 2-1) in the first round.

Neftchi Begins Its Campaign Against Belarusian Club

Neftchi, which will start its journey in the Conference League directly from the second qualifying round, will face Belarus's Dinamo (Minsk). The Belarusian side could not break the deadlock against North Macedonia's Sileks in the first round, drawing (0-1, 1-0), but advanced to the next stage by winning 6-5 in the penalty shootout.

Zira Heads to Estonia

Zira, who dominated Georgia's Torpedo (Kutaisi) in the first qualifying round of the Conference League (3-0, 3-0), has also learned its opponent. The Eagles will meet Estonia's Paide in the second round. The Estonians drew 1-1 in the first leg against Lithuania's Hegelmann but secured their progression with a 3-0 victory in the return match.
