A giant player is set to join the Azerbaijan Basketball League.

According to Offsideplus.az, the LANDAU Lions club is preparing for the 2026-27 season and will be bringing Arnas Sakenis into their squad.

Standing at 215 cm tall, the basketball player plays as a centre and holds citizenship in both Lithuania and the USA.

He has been named the best defender in the NCAA.
