The U-16 European Championship for girls kicks off today.

According to Offsideplus.az, Azerbaijan, competing in Division B, will play its first match against host nation Slovakia today.

The match is set to start at 21:00 Baku time and will be broadcast live on the FIBA YouTube channel.

It is worth noting that our U-18 girls' team finished the European Championship in 17th place yesterday.
