The U-20 Wrestling World Championship has commenced in Bratislava, Slovakia.

According to Offsideplus.az, on the first day of the competition, four representatives of the Azerbaijani national team in Greco-Roman wrestling will take to the mat.

Tural Ahmadov (63 kg), Cavidan Nahmetov (77 kg), Orkhan Hajiyev (87 kg), and Mikayil Ismayilov (130 kg) will compete for medals.

The World Championship will continue until August 23.
