Azerbaijani young coach Elvin Hesenov may take up a head coach position in Turkey.

According to Offsideplus.az, Hesenov, who has been in Istanbul for over 15 days, has held meetings with the management of clubs such as Istanbulspor, Kasımpaşa, and Eyüpspor. It is expected that he will begin his role as head coach at one of these clubs shortly.

Hesenov's primary goal in travelling to Istanbul is not only to work as a head coach but also to create a "bridge" of cooperation between the Turkish and Azerbaijani leagues. Through the agency to be established, there are plans to bring players like Eren Aydın, who have been "overlooked" in Turkey, to the Misli Premier League.

It is worth noting that Hesenov, who currently holds an "A" category coaching qualification, will continue his education in Istanbul to obtain a "Pro" licence.
