Azerbaijani rowers will compete at the European Rowing Championships in Varese, Italy.

Offsideplus.az reports that two athletes will represent Azerbaijan in the competition, which will determine the continent's best rowers.

Ziya Mammadzada and Nurlan Pashayev will aim for a podium finish in the lightweight double sculls event.

It should be noted that Farhad Aliyev, Executive Vice President of the federation, will lead the team at the tournament, which will take place from July 31 to August 2.
