The Ministry of Youth and Sports Has Published the Updated Ranking of Azerbaijani Athletes for September

Offsideplus.az reports that the leader at the top of the table remains unchanged. Greco-Roman wrestler Hasrat Jafarov maintains his leadership with 480 points.

Freestyle wrestlers occupy the next two positions. Giorgi Meshvildishvili holds second place with 460 points, while Arseniy Dzhioev rounds out the top three with 420 points.

The standings for the remaining athletes in the top ten are as follows:

  • Saidjamshid Jafarov (boxing) – 400 points

  • Murad Ahmadiyev (Greco-Roman wrestling) – 330 points

  • Gashim Magomedov (taekwondo) – 305 points

  • Ulvu Ganizade (Greco-Roman wrestling) – 300 points

  • Nuraddin Novruzov (freestyle wrestling) – 270 points

  • Hidayat Heydarov (judo) – 270 points

  • Islam Bazarganov (freestyle wrestling) – 265 points
