Dovran Kendzhakhunov, head coach of the Kazakh club AKAS, has traveled to Azerbaijan to gain professional experience.
According to Offsideplus.az, the coach has joined the training camp of Qarabag. The Almaty-based club's press service reports that this initiative was made possible through a direct invitation from Gurban Gurbanov.
As part of the club’s daily operations, Kendzhakhunov is actively involved in the first team's training sessions, tactical and theoretical lessons, and analytical meetings. Furthermore, he has had the opportunity to closely observe the club’s methods regarding player physical conditioning, medical recovery processes, and the management methodology of the coaching staff.
It is worth noting that this internship program is considered significant in demonstrating Qarabag's professional working principles—proven by their successful performances in European competitions—to coaches from abroad.
