A few days ago, UEFA assigned the match to the referees from Portugal. But a change was made at the last moment. 

According to Offsideplus.az,  Joao Pinheiro cited family problems in his letter to UEFA. Thiago Jose Pereira Costa and Pedro Ribeiro, his assistants and compatriots, will not go to Turkey. They will be replaced by representatives of justice from Switzerland. Referee Sandro Schörer will be assisted by compatriots Stefan de Almeida and Bekim Zogay. The fourth judge will be Yanku Yoan Vasilis, according to the initial appointment.
