The Azerbaijani national football team will face the Saint Lucia team tomorrow as part of the “FIFA Series - 2026” international tournament.

Offsideplus.az reports that Emin Mahmudov, a member of the Azerbaijani national team, participated in the press conference held before the match.

"This is our first match in 2026. We will want to achieve a good result. Winning is important for us. There are no easy victories in the national team. We have not been able to win in the national team for a year. We will try to win."

Note that the Azerbaijan - Saint Lucia match will be held on March 27 at 19:00 at the Sumgayit city stadium named after Mehdi Huseynzade.
