The final opponent of the Azerbaijani U-17 national team in the Development Cup held in the Belarusian capital Minsk has been determined.

Offsideplus.az reports that the Azerbaijani national team will test Uzbekistan on February 21 in the match for 3rd place.

Both teams took second place in their groups. According to the regulations, in this case, the sides must face each other in the match for 3rd place in the competition. The final match of the tournament will be held between the Russian and Belarusian national teams.

It should be noted that Ilham Yadullayev's team fought against Russia (0:3), Iran (1:0) and Kazakhstan (2:1) in Group B.
