Malisheva, competing in the Kosovo championship and one of the main contenders for the title, secured a victory against Llapi in their latest fixture.
The scoring was opened by Vusal Isganderli, a member of the Azerbaijan national team. He had also scored a hat-trick two weeks ago.
The 30-year-old forward spoke to Offsideplus.az about the differences between the Albanian and Kosovo championships:
"In fact, there are both similarities and differences. In both leagues, there are 5-6 teams competing for the championship, and this factor makes the competition even tougher. Both in Albania and Kosovo, a tough, aggressive style of play is preferred. The main difference in the Kosovo championship is that the teams are tactically superior."
Isganderli also shared his thoughts on the adaptation process to his new team:
"I feel very comfortable at Malisheva. The coaching staff, management, and players have all supported me greatly since the day I arrived. This has made me very happy and has accelerated the adaptation process."
