"My opponent is physically strong and primarily fights in a wrestling style," Azerbaijani MMA fighter Bayram Shammadov told Offsideplus.az.

Speaking about his upcoming bout at the "Venum Fight" tournament, he shared:

"My preparation is continuing at a high level, and I feel great. I am currently in the weight-cutting phase. I am training at the Heydar Aliyev Sports Palace under the supervision of Ruslan Efendiyev."

Regarding his opponent, Ruslan Satiev, the athlete added:

"What I know about my opponent is that he is a wrestling-oriented fighter, and I am preparing accordingly. I believe it will be a very interesting and entertaining fight. God willing, I intend to win and make my mark in the ring."

It should be noted that the fight will take place on January 30 in Qatar.
