Neftchi has made a decision regarding Vincent Aboubakar, whose contract is set to expire at the end of the season.

According to Offsideplus.az, citing Africa Foot, the club does not plan to exercise the option to extend Aboubakar's contract. As a result, the Cameroonian striker is expected to leave the team at the end of the season.

Reports suggest that Aboubakar is not part of the plans of Neftchi’s new head coach, Yuriy Vernydub. The Ukrainian specialist has reportedly requested the management to sign a new striker to replace him.

It is expected that Aboubakar will part ways with the Black and Whites once the season concludes.
