Azerbaijan's FIFA referee Aliyar Agayev has been appointed to officiate a match in the UEFA Europa League group stage.

According to Offsideplus.az, the 39-year-old referee will be the main official for the match between Celta and Union (Belgium), which will take place in Spain.

He will be assisted by line judges Zeynal Zeynalov and Akif Amirali. The fourth official will be Rauf Cabarov.

It is worth noting that the Celta vs Union match is scheduled to kick off at midnight Baku time on the night of November 5 to 6.
