Azerbaijan’s FIFA referee Elchin Mesiyev has received a new appointment from UEFA.

According to Offsideplus.az, he will referee the Europa League Group Stage match of Matchday 6 between Freiburg (Germany) and Red Bull Salzburg (Austria).

Mesiyev will be assisted by Elshad Abdullayev and Parvin Talibov, while Aliyar Agayev will serve as the fourth official.

The Freiburg – Red Bull Salzburg match is scheduled to take place on December 11.
