According to Offsideplus.az, the team, coached by Erhan Toker, faced Iceland in a playoff match for 15th-16th place.

The match ended in victory for Iceland, with a score of 91-73.

As a result, the Azerbaijani U-18 team finished the continental championship in 16th place.

It is worth noting that our basketball players faced Poland (60:70), Ukraine (77:68), Iceland (56:95), Portugal (52:50), and the Czech Republic (46:74) in the group stage. In the playoff stage, the team lost to Montenegro (71:77) and Great Britain (55:67).
