According to Offsideplus.az, the leadership of the federation has decided to attract titled specialists to the coaching staff of the junior national team in order to strengthen training.

Shahin Atamov, a former member of the national team who finished his sports career, has been appointed head coach of 14-15-year-olds, and Niyazi Aliyev has been appointed coach.

President of the federation Yashar Bashirov, head coach of the main national kumite team Gurban Tagiyev, senior coaches Shahin Khudaverdiyev, Seymur Huseynov, Rashad Huseynov thought that the experience of famous athletes will be useful for the younger generation.

Senior coaches Seymur Khudaverdiyev and Nagy Mehdiyev are the assistants of the head coach of juniors and youth Anar Allahverdiyev in the qualifying teams for youth under 16-21.

The national team will compete in Cyprus in May this year, in Croatia in July, in Turkey in September, in Italy in December, in the Karate1 Youth League, and in August in the European Championship in Finland.
