The FIG Acrobatic Gymnastics World Cup, AGF Trophy competition, hosted by Baku on June 13-15, has concluded.

Offsideplus.az reports that the competition, in which 63 of the best acrobats from 7 countries competed, was successful for the Azerbaijani national team.

Our acrobats won 2 gold and 2 silver medals in the mixed routine. Our women's team consisting of Anahita Bashiri, Zahra Rashidova and Nazrin Zeyniyeva won the gold medal with 28.240 points, and our men's pair - Murad Rafiyev and Daniel Abbasov won the gold medal with 28.350 points.

Our men's team consisting of Seymur Jafarov, Riad Safarov, Abdulla Al-Mashaykh and Rasul Seyidli won the silver medal with 28.440 points, and the mixed pair - Milana Aliyeva and Sabir Aghayev won the silver medal with 27.720 points.

At the end of the World Cup, the winners were determined by an international panel of judges and awarded with medals and prizes.

The AGF Trophy was also presented to the athletes who scored the highest execution points for their performance in the qualifying round - the mixed pair Labunets Ivan and Kryvytska Yevfrosyniia from Ukraine.
