Azerbaijan, represented by 7 athletes at the World Masters, finished the tournament with 2 silver medals. Zelim Kotsoyev (100 kg) and Irina Kindzerska (78+) took the podium.

Azerbaijan ranks 8th among 69 countries in the number of medals. France is in first place with 7 medals (5 gold, 1 silver, 1 bronze). South Korea, which won 3 gold medals, was second, and Japan, which won 2 gold and 5 silver medals, was third.
