Azerbaijani athletes will test their strength in another beach wrestling competition in Porec, Croatia.

Offsideplus.az reports that this is the European U-17 Championship, which kicks off tomorrow. Under the leadership of Oyan Nazariani, Alirza Heybatli, Eljan Hasanov (both 60 kg), Rashad Aliyev (70 kg), Elvin Hajiguliyev, Ruslan Valiyev (both 80 kg), Mohlat Gasimov and Tural Eynullayev (90 kg) will battle for medals.

It is worth noting that Azerbaijani wrestlers will also test their skills in the upcoming stage of the World Series, which will take place at the same venue on May 30-31.

In this tournament, our country will be represented by Rubail Ibrahimli (70 kg), Sahib Dadashov, Vusal Aliyev (both 80 kg), Ashraf Ashirov (90 kg) and Yusif Dursunov (+90 kg).
