Offsideplus.az presents the interview:
– How are the preparations for the World Championship going? How much do you feel ready for the competition?
– Preparations for the World Championship are going very well. It can be said that our training camp is almost coming to an end. I feel fully ready for the competition.
– Last year you became the U17 European and world champion. This year you can repeat the same result in the U20 age group. What is needed for this?
– Nothing is impossible. I can repeat the same result. For this, you just need to believe and fight until the end.
– Which wrestlers will be your main rivals on the way to the World Championship?
– Each competitor is a selected and strong athlete. But if we have to distinguish, I consider the Asian representatives to be more serious competitors.
– Do you have any plans to try yourself in the higher weight class in the future?
– I am currently thinking of wrestling at 60 kg.
– What qualities are you trying to develop to become stronger?
– I am thinking of increasing my physical fitness.
– Who is your idol in wrestling? Who do you look up to?
– There are many athletes to look up to. My idol is the Olympic and two-time world champion Kenichiro Fumita.
