The "Sports Ambassadors" for 2026 were determined during the Board meeting of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.

Offsideplus.az reports that following the voting results, Ulviyya Fataliyeva (chess), Vafa Musayeva (mountaineering), Aynur Yusifova (gymnastics), Dadash Dadashbayli (weightlifting), and Elchin Asadov (cycling) were selected as "Sports Ambassadors" for the upcoming year.

It should be noted that the "Sports Ambassadors" project aims to promote sports and a healthy lifestyle across the country.
