The 64th session of the Young Olympic Ambassadors took place in the Greek city of Olympia.

Offsideplus.az reports that the National Olympic Committee has released information about this.

The purpose of the program is to bring together young people of different nationalities aged 20-30 in the spirit of friendship and cooperation, and to educate them more deeply about the Olympic Movement and its history, Olympic values. The program of the session includes lectures by distinguished professors, discussions in working groups, cultural visits, sports and art activities, and presentations by Olympians. 

When the ambassadors return to their countries, they aim to pass on the Olympic spirit to future generations by sharing what they learned during the sessions with other athletes.

It should be noted that our country was represented by Farida Azizova and Parviz Aghakhanov at the session attended by 150 young ambassadors from 78 countries.
