AFFA Disciplinary Committee has severely punished "Araz-Nakhchivan" midfielder Felipe Santos.

Offsideplus.az reports that this was caused by a fight that occurred in the 83rd minute of the match against "Qarabag" in the XXVI round of the Misli Premier League.

F. Santos, who started an argument with Aghdam club member Yassin Benzia while fighting for the ball, then got into a fistfight with the opposing players. As a result, the Brazilian legionnaire was sent off the field with a red card.

AFFA today gave a legal assessment of the actions of the participants in the fight. Thus, Felipe Santos from "Araz-Nakhchivan" was disqualified for 4 matches, including 2 matches. He was assigned a 3-month probationary period. Nakhchivan club was fined 3,000 manats for Santos, and 800 manats for unauthorized persons entering the field after the match.

"Qarabag" players were not left unpunished. Both Elvin Jafarguliyev and Musa Gurbanli were suspended for 2 games, one of which was suspended.
