"Qarabag" FK has concluded a mini football tournament dedicated to National Press Day.

According to Offsideplus.az, "J United" emerged as the champion after defeating "Idman TV" 4-0 in the final. In the match for third place, "Khazar" triumphed over "CBC Sport" with a score of 8-2, while in the fifth-place match, "Futbol+" won against "Media 1875" 4-1.

Following the matches, an awards ceremony was held where Emrah Celikel, the General Director of Qarabag, congratulated media representatives and emphasised that the tournament, held for the second time, has become a tradition. The winners were presented with their awards by Emrah Celikel, the head of the press service Anar Hajiyev, and Academy manager Nail Karimov. Additionally, winners of a special competition organised for female sports journalists were also awarded.

Kamran Guliyev from "J United" was named the best player, while Murad Shirinov received the best goalkeeper award.

It is noteworthy that the champion team "J United" included Offsideplus.az staff members Murad Shirinov and Muzaffar Quluzade.
