The Qarabag club has been fined 8,000 AZN.
Offsideplus.az reports, citing the official statement from the AFFA Disciplinary Committee, that the decision follows the events of the postponed Matchday 21 fixture of the Misli Premier League against Neftchi.
The Agdam representative suffered financial losses due to its supporters repeatedly chanting mass insults directed at the opposing team. This marks the fifth time such an incident has occurred during the current season.
Meanwhile, Neftchi will pay 700 AZN after five of its players received yellow cards during the match.
As a reminder, Qarabag lost the match in question to its rival with a score of 1-2.
