Volleyball club Ordu has bolstered its roster with a world-class star.

According to Offsideplus.az, the club has officially announced the signing of Italian volleyball player Ivan Zaytsev.

The experienced athlete has inked a contract valid until the end of the upcoming season.

It is worth noting that Zaytsev is a silver medalist from the Rio 2016 Summer Olympics.

Throughout his illustrious career, he has earned silver and bronze medals at the European Championship, as well as podium finishes in the Nations League and the CEV Champions League. The Italian star is also a multiple-time Italian league champion and cup winner.
