Competing in the 45 kg weight category, the athlete reflected on his performance at the U-17 World Championship held in Baku:

"I feel regret for losing in the final. However, everything will be better. My future is still ahead of me. I must not lose heart. God willing, I will work hard and make my mark on the big stages. I made a mistake after the break. There were high hopes for me in this world championship. But as I said, I will not lose my enthusiasm. The main thing is that I did not finish the tournament without a medal."

It is worth noting that Ali Javadli finished second after losing to American Raylen Vaks in the final.
