Qarabag player Kevin Medina, who received a red card against Neftchi in the XXIII round of the Misli Premier League, has been suspended.

Offsideplus.az reports that the decision was made today at the AFFA Disciplinary Committee meeting.

The Colombian defender will miss the next 2 matches of the national championship. Qarabag was also fined 1,500 manats for Medina's indiscipline.
Since 4 Aghdam players received yellow cards in the Azerbaijani derby, the federation will have to pay another 700 manats.

It should be noted that K. Medina received a red card in the 22nd minute of the match in a fight with Neftchi striker Agadadash Salyanski. The Qarabag defender almost broke his opponent's leg in that episode.
