During the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix, several key roads will be open to traffic at specific times to facilitate the movement of city residents and drivers.
Offsideplus.az reports that initial traffic restrictions will take effect at 21:00 on 19 September along Pushkin Street, at its intersections with Uzeyir Hajibeyli Street and Neftchilar Avenue, remaining in place until the end of the event.
Under the Traffic Management Plan, streets crossing the Baku City Circuit and surrounding areas will be closed to general traffic from 01:00 on 20 September until 08:00 on 28 September. Access to restricted zones will require a Residential Area Access Permit.
To minimize disruption, designated transit corridors—including a new corridor from the intersection of Uzeyir Hajibeyli and Pushkin streets toward Bulbul Avenue—will open during specific peak hours.
On 21 and 22 September, non-stop access through entry and exit points will be open from 07:00 to 09:00 and from 18:00 to 20:00. On 23 September, these corridors will operate from 07:00 to 09:00 and from 20:00 to 22:00.

During these hours, all vehicles except public transport and heavy trucks will be permitted to move through the specified transit corridors.
