The AFFA Referees Committee held its next meeting.

Offsideplus.az reports that during the meeting, important issues were discussed in preparation for the 2026/2027 season, and relevant decisions were made.

The main issues on the agenda included:

- Presentation and approval of the final list of referees by category;

- Consideration of new regulations, rule changes, and recommendations from AFFA, UEFA, and IFAB;

- Clarification of key standards for refereeing, expectations, and management quality for the new season.

As a result of the discussions, the lists of referees and assistant referees for the 2026/2027 season were officially approved.
