A new judo hall has opened at the Ganja Sports Palace.

Offsideplus.az reports that the press service of the Azerbaijan Judo Federation (AJF) has released information regarding this.

The event was attended by Rashad Rasullu, Executive Vice-President of the AJF; Natig Baghirov, Advisor to the President of the AJF; Movlud Miraliyev, Olympic medalist and member of the AJF Executive Committee; Elkhan Mammadov, World Champion and member of the AJF Executive Committee; and other officials.

The hall, which is equipped with tatami mats meeting modern standards, has a total area of 483 square meters.

Additionally, coaching rooms and changing rooms are available. More than 300 athletes will be able to practice judo in the hall.
