Ahead of the match against Qarabag, CSKA Sofia head coach Hristo Yanev attended a press conference.

According to Offsideplus.az, the 47-year-old specialist highlighted the strength of their opponents ahead of the UEFA Europa League second qualifying round second-leg tie:

"Qarabag is a serious opponent whose philosophy is built on possession. They have an experienced head coach and a well-established playstyle. The first leg showed that they have many attributes that can cause us problems. However, we must also believe in our own quality and remain solid on the pitch. Our goal is to replicate our performance from the first match and advance to the next round."

Yanev also spoke about the fan factor and team discipline:

"During my playing career, while competing against clubs like Milan and Liverpool, I experienced firsthand the electric atmosphere created in those stadiums. Tomorrow, I expect that same energy from the stands. We are prepared for all possible scenarios in the match."

It should be noted that the CSKA Sofia vs. Qarabag match, set to take place in Sofia on July 30, will kick off at 22:00 Baku time. The first leg in Baku ended in a goalless draw (0–0).
