The U-20 European Basketball Championship (Division B) continues in Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia.

According to Offsideplus.az, the Azerbaijan U-20 national team, which finished 4th in Group A, faced Switzerland today in a placement match for 9th-16th places.

The match ended in favor of our national team with a score of 72:66. Derin Berkoz was the top scorer for Azerbaijan, finishing the game with 25 points.

Tomorrow, the Azerbaijani team will face the winner of the Bosnia and Herzegovina – Denmark matchup in a game for 9th-12th places.
