The first games of the play-in stage in the Azerbaijan Basketball League (ABL) have taken place.
Offsideplus.az reports that on the opening day, Sheki defeated Guba, while Nakhchivan overcame Serhedchi. In the other play-in matchups, Ganja secured a win over Lankaran, and NTD triumphed over Sumgait.
International referee Alakbar Hasanov commented on the ABL play-in games and revealed his favorite team of the season.
