Azerbaijani footballer Zamiq Aliyev has won the Albanian championship title.

As reported by Offsideplus.az, the 23-year-old defender secured the gold medals with his team, Egnatia, after a decisive 4-0 victory over Vllaznia in the final match of the season.

Aliyev played the full 90 minutes in this crucial game.

He joined Egnatia last summer from Araz-Nakhchivan. A member of the Azerbaijani national team, Zamiq appeared in 42 matches across all competitions during the 2024/25 season, totaling 3,094 minutes and scoring one goal.

Earlier in the season, Aliyev also won the Albanian Supercup. He came close to achieving a treble (winning all domestic competitions), but Egnatia lost to Dinamo Tirana in a penalty shootout in the Albanian Cup final on May 1.
