Khetag Gazyumov, the head coach of the Azerbaijan freestyle wrestling national team, has been named the best coach on the continent by the European Wrestling Council (UWW Europe).

Offsideplus.az reports that the Azerbaijan Wrestling Federation released information regarding this achievement. The experienced specialist was honored with a special award as the best freestyle wrestling coach of 2025.

It should be noted that under Gazyumov's leadership, the national team became the European champion last season and secured 4th place at the World Championships.
