Gunay Gurbanova, who won a bronze medal at the European Championships, shared her impressions.

Offsideplus.az reports that the 18-year-old wrestler stated the following:

“I am very happy. This was my first participation in the European Championships among seniors. Actually, my goal was the gold medal; unfortunately, it didn't happen. I lost the victory with only 15 seconds left on the clock—I suppose lack of experience played a role there. God willing, I will show a better result next year.

As for changing my weight category (to 57 kg or 62 kg) to participate in the Olympic Games, this won't be my decision, but Toghrul Asgarov's. Whichever weight class he advises, I will compete in that one.”
