Azerbaijani para taekwondo athlete Imamaddin Khalilov has maintained his lead in the latest rankings released by the World Para Taekwondo Federation.

Offsideplus.az reports that the National Paralympic Committee of Azerbaijan has released information about this.

The Paralympic champion, competing in the 70 kg weight category, sits comfortably at the top of the standings with 495.75 points.

In the 58 kg category, Paralympic bronze medalist Sabir Zeynalov climbed one spot to second place. His ranking rose to 381.15 points following his impressive performance in June, where he claimed 2 gold medals across two tournaments.

In the 63 kg category, Amin Aliyev moved up one place to 21st with 52.91 points, while Amin Shikhaliyev sits in 23rd place with 39.71 points. Orkhan Jafarov maintained his position in 24th place with 45.83 points in the 80 kg weight category.

In the women's 47 kg category, Samaya Hasanova climbed two spots to occupy the 20th position with 42.32 points.
