Minister of Youth and Sports Farid Gayibov has held his 20th meeting with representatives of sports federations.

According to Offsideplus.az, the meeting took place at the Azerbaijan Sports Academy, where the minister greeted the participants and provided information about recent developments and future tasks.

During the event, preparations for the 3rd CIS Games, scheduled to be held in Azerbaijan in 2025, were discussed. Information was also shared regarding the official website of the Games.

The event continued with the presentation of the ISF U15 Gymnasiade Sports Games and veteran athletes. Additionally, discussions were held about the academic programs at the Azerbaijan Sports Academy.

Topics such as the federations’ evaluation model, exemplary statutes, and organizational structure were also addressed.

Information about the 2026 calendar plan was shared.

At the end of the meeting, the presentation of the “tedbirvar.az” platform was showcased, followed by discussions on the federations’ social media activities and other related issues.
