A mandatory change has been made to the schedule and format of the FIFA Series - 2026 international tournament to be held in Azerbaijan.

Offsideplus.az reports that this is due to the Oman national team's inability to travel to our country amid ongoing military tensions in the Middle East.

According to the new format agreed upon with FIFA, the tournament will now consist of only two matches. The Azerbaijan national team will play both encounters in Sumgait:

March 27, 19:00: Azerbaijan – Saint Lucia

March 30, 19:00: Azerbaijan – Sierra Leone
